I brought my Rx8 in three weeks ago because it wouldn't start. Was told it needed spark plugs. They still have it three weeks later and I am unable to get anyone to help me or talk to me. What is going on? This is my fourth Mazda, but I am afraid it will be my last.

On 10/30/22 I wrote: "it is impossible to set up an appointment to service my SUV." Today, I needed an appointment to replace brakes. Again, impossible to set up an appointment. Moving to Savannah Tire. :Does anybody read this stuff and if so, take action? I doubt it.

I had an amazing experience talking with Miss Amanda Long, and getting information from her.

We received a recall on the brakes for a Mazda 3. After 3-4 weeks of calling to attempt to make an appointment we finally went to the sales department and were able to connect with the service department. As part of the recall it was mentioned that the symptom would cause unusual wear on the brakes due to the calipers sticking. We had to pay to have all the brakes changed due to the increased wear on one brake. In addition Fairway performed an oil change, filter change, battery change and fuel line cleanse. Services that were NOT requested nor authorized. ...

Service and customer care is above reproach. I would buy at this location REGARDLESS of price because of their service across the board. 5- Star rating is under rating this dealership as it should have double that off available. 100% satisfaction is a guarantee that they put into force daily. Service Department is exceptional. We have a Mazda CX9 2012. Always have taken it to Fairway Mazda in Savannah for service up-keep. Recently I took it there for break issues however I knew it wasn’t my brake pads but something to do with the breaks. They kept it for a few days and thought they had it fixed but after driving less than a mile I had sensor lights come on that didn’t come on before. I immediately turned around and went back. We bought a great car from a wonderful Sales Person. The best part of our experience was our Sales Person Jeremiah Rose. He knows his product and was explaining all the features on the test drive. When we got the car home and has other questions while driving it, we called Jeremiah and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Do not buy a used car from these folks. I purchased a used vehicle and it was delivered to me with multiple problems. They claim to do a 120 point inspection but they obviously do not. Their new cars are probably fine, and they seem to be nice folks, but they simply can't be trusted for any used car purchases. The repairs will cost me about $700, which is terrible considering I was told the car would be perfect when I received it!

Dealership does not honor warranty. A 3 month warranty came with vehicle yet the dealership says it does not cover the clutch. The warranty clearly saystransmission and transmission case after several visits NO ONE WILL SPEAK TO ME. SEVERAL PROMISES TO MAKE CONTACT---nothing. Be aware of smiles in your face.y

Working with this dealership was great. with my husband being deployed they took the time to get the papers to him. While i was able to start all the forms here, taking the truck home with me on the same day. they had lots of knowledge about the truck, dealing with the miles program.
